RETAIL FIELD COACHING PROGRAMME

The essence of coaching is raising awareness and responsibility to unlock potential and maximize performance, performed by partnering with retail leaders in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

During the programme, coaches will work in collaboration with store leaders for a period of 6 months and elaborate a complete growth/development report aiming at helping the team to develop/boost its business and operations. 

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES

Who is this for?

Anyone who is active on EF English program and would like to practically apply what they have learned.

Purpose

This program is created to support your English learning journey in EF program to apply what you have learned practically in an environment that encourage you to make mistakes and learn from it.

Clienteling has dominated the luxury retail space for many years. It is also becoming more relevant in today’s digital transformation.

With clienteling, we seek to establish meaningful relationships between us and the customer. This is achieved by leveraging real-time data, based on the customer profile which includes their preferences, behaviours and purchases.

Clienteling Toolkit is a viable online resource of information and tools available to each frontline employee as a source of knowledge on the practice of Clienteling in our Group.

Our customers crave a highly personalised shopping experience and in order to provide that for them, there is a method known as clienteling.

The fashion industry is one of the biggest, yet most challenging industries impacted by hundreds of factors, including economic uncertainties and digital transformation. In response to this new digital wave, consumer expectations have reached an all-time high. Shoppers are no longer content with the simple purchase transaction; they want to have an experience attached to it. As the knowledge and reach of a consumer is heightened, the knowledge of our frontliners need to be elevated to meet that expectation. The Fashion Curriculum aims at increasing the knowledge on a broad spectrum, allowing our frontliners to be well-informed, confident and opinionated consultants of Fashion.

Fashion Talks

DISCUSSION GROUP

A community for Fashion Afficionados with exclusive activities including Panel Talks, Guest speakers, Masterclasses, Film club and Fashion Sketching Classes etc. These activities and events will be organised by the Retail Academy.

This community aims towards growing interest in fashion with a more wholistic and intriguing approach, where
Chalhoubies can attend, enjoy, have fun but also learn and expand their thinking in Fashion.

There is also a Fashion Forum linked to this course, where you can discuss anything Fashion at any time!

Footwear Knowledge Evaluation

Welcome to your very first Fashion Knowledge Evaluation! The journey you are about to embark on is a means to find out how much you know about luxury fashion. Please note that this is a developmental exercise and will not affect your Performance Development Reviews and your current roles. Chalhoub University needs to know where your knowledge lies. This will help us build a Fashion program that will further your knowledge, confidence and expertise in luxury. You are encouraged to be completely honest and transparent with your answers. If there is an answer you are uncertain about, please do not feel pressured to guess; we have the option to choose “I don’t know”.
