Insights Discovery uses a simple and accessible four colour model to understand an individual’s unique preferences. We measure these preferences based on responses to a short online evaluator, which develops a personality profile, which identifies strengths and areas for development.
IMMERSIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME
In order to address complexity, growing needs and challenges, Chalhoub Group has developed a new customized journey for selected Talent that would include soft and technical workshops.
During the programme, participants will work in small teams as a consultancy agency and elaborate a complete business growth/development report aiming at helping a company/or a business unit to develop/boost its business and operations.
The BOLD programme targets talents and High Potential Chalhoubies at mid to senior level leadership (G13-15).
The programme duration is 6 months, delivered over 5 days per Block on campus and 2 days of immersive learning in the field.

Our new Performance Management framework is designed to ensure that decisions about your performance are made in a consistent, transparent and objective manner, free from conscious or unconscious bias. During this 30 minute training you will learn more about our natural biases and receive guiding principles around how to ensure these do not impact end of year discussions and assessments.
This training is open for all employees but particularly encouraged for all Line Managers.

Establishing a continuous feedback culture is now a key pillar in our Performance Management framework, and is at the heart of the Group’s “One Team, One Culture” mindset. The first step in Group’s end of year performance review cycle is requesting, and if asked providing formal feedback on DRIVE. This 60 minutes training will:
- provide you with an explanation of the importance of embedding feedback into performance reviews;
- talk you through how to now use DRIVE to request, provide and review formal feedback;
- provide helpful tips with regard to how to provide constructive, forward-focused feedback so it adds the greatest value to the recipient, as well as how to use feedback to increase self-awareness and drive future performance and personal growth.”
A Performance Development Plan (PDP), also known as a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), is a tool to support employees who are not meeting expectation in certain aspects of their role.
The purpose of the PDP is to work with the employee to identify the areas for development and document a suitable action plan to support the individual to meet expectations either from a behavioural or technical competency perspective.
Outcomes may vary, including improvement in overall performance; the recognition of a skills or training gap; or a career conversation regarding the suitability of the employee in the role.

While many still prefer reading the selected book, the workshop will introduce you to the main ideas in a concise manner and highlights the concepts that you can put into practice in your daily work.

The Train the Trainer workshop is for brand trainers and other Chalhoubies who are involved in Training, Learning and Development practices.
The 3-day programme develops the skills of Brand trainers to conduct group training sessions that maximise the level of learning and engagement.
- Successfully apply the principles of the learning cycle to design and structure a group training session, with appropriate content and support material
- Complete the required preparation and conduct a group training session, both face-to-face and in virtual mode, that maximizes the level of learning
- Develop the required presentation, training and facilitation skills for successful learning event delivery
- Encourage learner participation, control group dynamics and accommodate different learning styles to promote learning
- Master the use of virtual tools to deliver engaging online training sessions.
